New Trade Center Elevators

I believe that the new trade center is going to be equipped with these new "23mph high speed elevator's" because naturally it would be a requirement because there's 104 floors, and it would take forever to get to the top if they were regular elevators. Another reason for these, could be if there was ever another emergency like 9/11 where they needed to evacuate fast, they could do so.
